Surgical Management of a Case of Bilateral Retinal Detachment in Polypoidal Choroidal Vasculopathy

Presenting an interesting case of polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) who came to us 10 years back with vitreous hemorrhage and retinal detachment  in right eye. Following surgery his  vision improved over 10 years to 6/24 in right eye and left eye was stable. Recently he came to us with similar lesion in left eye. This  case shows a typical natural history of PCV.Pros and cons of PDT should be discussed with patient. Management with PDT and surgery is discussed here with good outcome.
